Our 2.5-month Health & Wellness Program is designed to help you take meaningful control of your fitness and lifestyle. This is not a quick fix — it’s a transformative journey rooted in habit-building, personal discipline, and whole-body renewal.

Program Overview

This guided training experience is ideal for anyone ready to become healthier, stronger, and more intentional with their daily choices. We focus on:

  • Sustainable fitness routines

  • Nutritional education

  • Mindset renewal and spiritual growth

  • Replacing harmful habits with health-promoting practices

Classes are led weekly and include both structured lessons and personal accountability challenges designed to support lasting change.

Schedule & Format

When & Where We Meet

  • Duration: 2.5 months

  • Day: Every Saturday

  • Time: Typically 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

  • (Some longer sessions until 10:30 AM; early start times at 6:30 or 7:00 AM may be announced)

  • Location: All sessions are virtual and held online via Zoom

  • Class Length: 2 – 2.5 hours per session

Participants may not miss more than 3 consecutive sessions to stay active in the program.

  • Weekly team challenges, assignments, and personal development

  • Guided instructions for home workouts 5–6 days/week

What You’ll Need

To get the most from the program, we recommend having:

  • Running shoes (for optional walk/jog cardio routines)

  • A juicer and blender (for in-class demos and home use)

  • Basic food ingredients (details provided in class)

  • A device with Zoom capability (computer/tablet/phone)

  • A commitment to showing up and giving your best
